Any support related to hardware repair, accessories and supplies replacement is free of
charge.
For other support we charge customers $1 per minute. Returned
calls are charged $1.25 per minute.
Each new customer has one hour of technical support free. If a computer and
peripherals comply with our requirements and configured properly, there is enough
time to get the system up and running within this hour.
Any reports on possible software bugs found, software comments and suggestions are
more than welcome. Please send them to us by fax or e-mail.
We make all efforts to have our products better suit your needs. If you're using our software
and feel that something could be done better, need additional parameters in the report, changed view, or any other extra functionality, feel free to contact us:
submit feature request. We'll review your request and might implement
what you requested at no cost for you!
