Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Biocom Technologies. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Method            Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping         3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping       1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages and Lost Packages

Biocom Technologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

However, if you need assistance with a damaged or lost item, feel free to contact us at support@biocomtech.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

 

To start a return, please contact us at support@biocomtech.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different product item? No problem! If the item is in stock, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. Price difference and/or additional shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
